We successfully completed the installation of the new SUMAB – 80 Concrete Plant for the needs of Duglas Alliance Ltd. – the general contractor for the construction of the Sendje Hydroelectric Power Station with the total capacity of 200MW in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea.
SUMAB’s 80 production capacity reaches up to 80 m³ of concrete per hour.
The plant’s operation is fully automated, ensuring uninterrupted and precise processes. This minimizes the human factor and enhances overall production efficiency.
The construction of the plant took only 6 weeks, thanks to our advanced manufacturing processes. We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver equipment swiftly and efficiently, courtesy of our well-established worldwide logistics, enabling us to rapidly install plants worldwide. In this case, the installation was completed in just 3 weeks.
We provided training for the staff of Duglas Alliance Ltd., including two operators and one electrician, within the same timeframe. The team was fully prepared for efficient operation with the latest equipment.
The plant is equipped with the option of remote control and monitoring through a special mobile application. This offers our clients the ability to manage production processes right at their fingertips, from anywhere in the world.
Additionally, the plant is connected to a monitoring system, which allows for prompt responses to any technical issues and ensures timely maintenance services. This guarantees uninterrupted and reliable equipment operation.
